I am a certified and experienced yoga & mindfulness instructor, specialising in yoga and mindfulness for emotional wellbeing.

I have been practising yoga since 2014 and teaching since 2018. I am trained in Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin Yoga and have taught in Thailand, Cambodia and the UK.

I am passionate about sharing my expertise and experience with yoga and mindfulness to inspire and guide others to live more mindfully, becoming happier, healthier and calmer.
